Rental Equipment Terms

Payment of Rental Fees
A credit card is required to secure all reservations. Payments can be made with Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or Cash. Minimum orders of $25.

Cancellation and Early Termination Policy
There is no charge on orders cancelled 36 hours prior to the drop-off date.  Orders canceled within 36 hours of drop-off date will be charged a $25.00 administration fee. Any order terminated or picked up early will receive a refund of 50% of the remaining rental cost. Cancellations made during holiday periods must be made 30 days prior to delivery date for a full refund or 50% of the rental cost will be charged.

Equipment
It is understood that renters will not alter the state of repair of any equipment and are not allowed to assemble or dissasemble any of the full size cribs. During the rental period, the Renter shall keep and maintain this equipment in good repair and shall immediately notify the Owner (Baby Getaway Equipment Rentals Inc.) of any damaged or faulty parts. The Renter assumes all risks inherent in the operation and use of the Rented Equipiment by you and or anyone else.  

Damages and Sanitary Conditions
Products must be returned in the condition received or a fee to be assessed at the time of return will apply to the credit card on file. The renter is responsible for loss or theft of rental equipment and agrees to pay Baby Getaway Equipment Rentals for any replacements needed. Product must be returned with all accessories and parts intact and in proper working order. Any excess damage to rental equipment aside from normal wear will be repaired or replaced (depending on the condition) at the expense of the renter.

Liability/Waiver Agreement
A Rental Agreement/Liability Waiver must be completed prior to or upon delivery of equipment. It can be faxed to us or
emailed.
